About POSCHI

POSCHI is an appointment booking and business management platform operated by The Twinnovators, LLC. Clients find and book independent service providers. Those providers run their scheduling, payments, client records and staff on POSCHI.

What providers use it for

A provider on POSCHI publishes a profile and a service menu, takes bookings through a personal booking link or the POSCHI marketplace, collects deposits and payments through Stripe, keeps client records and appointment history, sends appointment reminders, and manages staff and locations.

Who it is for

Independent service providers and small studios: barbers, hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists, personal trainers, tattoo artists, pet groomers, home services and event professionals.

How clients use it

Clients browse providers, book an appointment, pay a deposit where the provider asks for one, and receive a confirmation. Booking is free for clients.

Text messages

POSCHI sends text messages only to a number whose owner has agreed to receive them, by ticking an unticked box on the POSCHI booking form or in POSCHI account settings. Clients receive a booking confirmation and a request to review the visit; business owners receive an alert when a client books with them. Promotional messages are a separate opt-in and are off unless switched on.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.

POSCHI does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
